These terms cover purchases from One Grand Plan, operated by Mediadealer LLC, 4525 Center St NE, Salem, OR 97301.

What you buy

A one-time digital product: The First Listing Kit, which includes a personalized, educational 7-Day First Listing Sprint with Repeat Weeks (Days 8–30) and the other materials described on the product page. Optional add-ons are separate one-time purchases. There is no subscription.

14-day “not for me” refund

If it isn't useful to you, email support@onegrandplan.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you. No forms, and no explaining why.

The First Listing Promise

Do the sprint steps for your first 7 days. If your first listing isn't live on Amazon by Day 7, including because Amazon is still reviewing your seller account, email support@onegrandplan.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund your full $7 (the price of The First Listing Kit).

Day 7 is a target, not a promise that your listing will go live. Going live depends on Amazon approving your seller account. Amazon makes every approval decision and controls the timing; we have no influence over it and can't promise approval or speed. The First Listing Promise runs inside the same 14-day window as the refund above; either way it is the same $7 refund, paid once per purchase.
